Are import taxes, duties, or VAT included?
No. Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I refuse the package if I don’t want to pay import fees?
Yes, you may refuse delivery. However:
Refused or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any customs duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Refused shipments returned to us may incur additional fees that cannot be recovered.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Can I track my international order?
Yes! All international orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
We use reliable carriers that provide tracking and insurance options. If a package is lost, we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace it.

What is your return policy?
Six Mile Industries accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Products purchased on sale or during clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email sixmileindustries@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization email with the official Six Mile Industries return address.
How do I send my return?
Print and include a copy of the return authorization email in your package, then mail the item to the address provided in the authorization email. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We make wear parts. Our products are extremely durable and are intended to take the scratches, dings, scrapes, bashes, and gouges instead of your bike. These parts will wear out and need to be replaced.
The rate of wear is affected by many factors; Riding conditions, moisture, dirt composition, kindness to your bike while riding, bike maintenance, etc.
